Modern Antenatal Classes in Urmston
Having grown up around Flixton and Urmston, I’m really proud to be able to support local expectant couples. My antenatal courses are relaxed and friendly, informative four session courses. I’ve been supporting local families postnatally for 10 years as a baby massage instructor, empowering families once they have birthed their child. I decided it was time to help you before baby arrives too, so I can be there from bump to birth and beyond. I’m a FEDANT accredited Birth & Parent Coach. You'll get all the latest stats based research, plenty of parenting insights and life hacks, presented and discussed with you in an honest and unbiased forum.
To mix it up we keep it interactive (note no cringe inducing role play) and throw in a good dose of humour! Not to mention a constant supply of delicious refreshments and an array of socials with your newly made gang of friends.

All Calmer Llama Club classes take place in the beautiful, purpose-designed studio at Sister & Soul. This calm, light-filled space has been thoughtfully created to nurture relaxation and connection - the perfect setting for antenatal learning and gentle baby massage.
You’ll find soft lighting, comfortable seating, and plenty of room to stretch, move, and relax. The studio offers a welcoming atmosphere where parents, parents-to-be, and little ones can feel at ease from the moment they arrive. Constant supply of delicious refreshments is always available, with plenty of baby change space provided in the bathroom.
Conveniently located with nearby parking and cosy community vibes, Sister & Soul is more than just a venue - it’s a supportive, peaceful environment where special memories and friendships begin.
Antenatal courses take place on a Tuesday evening
