Book antenatal or baby massage course 💜
Hello, I’m Lisa
My passion is working with you as you navigate your journey from bump to birth and beyond into parenthood.
With Calmer Llama Club I bring together all my expertise in a range of courses, classes and workshops. As a mum to twins Finn and Amelia, a FEDANT approved antenatal educator, a Birth & Parent Coach, and a Baby Massage Teacher, I’m constantly learning and training to provide the best support I can. Find out more about me and my experience, trainings and qualifications here.
I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard and nurtured and I create spaces and build communities where this can happen.
“Theo and I both absolutely loved this class. Lisa is lovely and welcoming as well as knowledgable about all the different techniques. I miss our weekly catch up and homemade cake on a Friday afternoon.”

“I can't rate this class highly enough, especially if, like me, you're quite a shy parent at heart who worries about 'joining in' at parent and baby groups. Lisa absolutely puts you at ease from the moment you step in the room and it's a great opportunity to meet new friends. The babies seem to love the massage (they sleep for ages afterwards) and the coffee and cake at the end gives us parents such a fab chance to chat, share tips or generally just get stuff off our chests!
The whole class is baby led, which means if your little one cries (check), needs feeding (check) , wees and poos (double check) , you can just get on with seeing to them and nobody bats an eyelid.
If anyone is thinking of a great little entrance into baby classes then please give this one a go. You won't be disappointed! Much love to Lisa and her classes! Our baby llama massage class was a favourite of both mine and Callum’s. The best part of it is, we get to use it every night as part of our bedtime routine. Callum is so relaxed now thanks to YOU ”
